Could have been worse. (See review below)

The first thing you see when you walk in to Centerfolds is nothing. Tuesday afternoon was a bright, sunny day. By the time I crossed the parking lot, my pupils were fully contracted. The inside of the club is so dark that I was essentially blind for a minute.

As my eyes adapted, i saw that I had a Dominican attached to my arm. She was explaining why it would be a good idea for us to go to the back room. ($50+tip to the house, and $100+tip to her.) Compared with the lap dances ($30 + tip per "song") that seemed like a better deal, so we went straight back. The back room is actually about three partially separated alcoves, but today we had the place to ourselves, so privacy was complete. (You can't count on this. See Tetradon's review below for a worst case scenario. In my experience privacy is usually "good enough.")

Only later, when we came back to the main room of the club, did I reflect that choosing a dancer while I was blind might not be the smartest strategy. I never got an exact count, but I think there were about six dancers, most of whom were significantly lighter than the one who had been on my lap for the last 15 minutes. A couple were African American, one was Nuyorican, and I can't recall the rest.
