I have been going to this club off and on for the last 18 years. It was further south on Main Street back then, but it is still owned and operated by the same group (I think). Things used to be a lot wilder back then. But, as I suspect is the case with many cities around the U.S., the laws have become tougher and more prohibitive here in KC. (my opinions and more discussion on that later)

This is a juice bar (no alcohol) now. The girls do get nude on stage, which is good, but that is the only place you will see them naked. There are all kinds of rules and regulations about how far the dancers have to stay away from customers on stage, how they interact with and collect tips from customers. We can no longer get creative with how we deliver the dollars to the young ladies. This really sucks. The "sit-on-your-hands" lap dance is standard and will set you back $15. It pretty much sucks and most girls just go through the motions and are pretty uninspiring.

The place is well appointed and the lighting is just about right. Not too dark, not too light. In the last year or two, the club has started an annoying practice of "breaking" the dance cycle every three dancers or so for a "couch dance only" song. During this song, about a third of the guys in the place get up and leave during the song (going upstair to the adult video booths to jerk off, I suppose), one third take a girl to a couch, and a third just sit and stare off into space because there is nothing else to do. I have not been here in the evening for the past year (only afternoons), so I don't know if they practice this "couch dance only" song crap at night or not. I hope not.
