Where does everyone go?
Alright. Not sure what to make of this place. Maybe I was just clueless on the general way things run here - I went on a whim and between this and the dump across the street, I felt my chances of a somewhat good time were better at Hustlers. There's another more expensive and well-reviewed place down the road as well, so maybe I should have gone all in.
Either way, I went here. The whole area of these clubs is dumpy - gravel roads and a feeling of run-down-ness. Hustlers seems pretty clean and nice considering, but i have no idea about the overall safety of the area.
I think cover was 20 or 25. I went in and sat down a couple of tables away from the stage and the waitress came for my drink order. Here's where I just didn't quite get it. The stage shows were actually pretty good, and there were some solid performances. The girls did like three songs a piece and were pretty good at working the row around the stage. But, I pretty much never saw them outside of the performances. The place was kind of under construction when I went, but the girls basically came out from behind everything, danced, and then were nowhere to be found. It was busy, but by no means packed. I looked around the bar behind me and would sometimes see a girl or two walking like they had somewhere to be, but that was it. I saw one blonde who was gorgeous, tan, and pretty fake all around walking back and forth every once in a while, so I waited (for way too long) until I actually saw her take the stage.
