Diamond in the rough...

I visited the hugger for the first time 2 weeks ago. Having read the reviews, it seemed iconic and worth the short trip from Indy. I got there about 7p to see the shift change. Paid the 5 dollar cover through the double set of doors. Stage is to your right as you enter, unused space (maybe pool tables?) to your left. Bar is opposite the stage.

I walked to the bar to get a 3 dollar beer then took a seat a few tables back from the stage. It looked like maybe 6 or 7 girls on day shift? All pretty average. They seemed to know many of the handful of gents present. 3 of them did their final dances. All did a lap for tips afterward.

The night shift started making their appearance. Definitely more attractive girls. I’ll admit I was worried the first 20 min I was there that I had wasted my time.
