If you are going here during the week, go for the steak...hell, go for the steak anytime.

This is another one of my stops as a truck driver trying to visit different clubs around the country. There are a few clubs in the Springfield area and I decided to go to one that seemed to have good reviews for not only their dancers but also their food. Centerfolds seemed to meet that.

I could tell I made the right choice as far as food goes when my Uber driver told me I needed to try the steaks at Centerfolds and that many people think they have better steaks than just about anyplace in Springfield.

So the club looks fairly small from the outside and when you go in you can see the entire club from the front door. There were two levels that surrounded a decent sized stage that had two dance areas. There was one small stage in the corner and four couches with thin black curtains that were designed for semi-private couch dances. There were booths on the top level of the club and tables on the lower level. I saw a small bar in the corner and the DJ booth above to the left. I paid the $7 cover charge and headed in.
