Roxy’s is now the Roxxx

One of my friends that lives in the area told me that the place formerly known as Roxy’s had recently re-opened after being closed for a while (now called Roxxx). We decided to check it out Saturday night around 11 hoping that they would be showing the Wilder-Fury boxing match (unfortunately they weren’t). This spot is one of four within a couple block radius in Brooklyn, IL. We parked on the street so not sure if this place charges to park in their lot. Brief pat down outside of the club prior to entering. Once inside cover was $10. They place is relatively small all on one level with four pole-less stages in different areas of the floor. There are tables near each of the stages and a small bar near the entrance with a couple of stools.

Went to the bar and paid $10 for a cognac. The bartender was really cute with a nice body and pleasant demeanor. After grabbing drinks we sat at one of the tables. Since there are no poles on any of the stages the girls just kinda twerk on the sides of the stages during their stage sets.

There were maybe 10 dancers I saw in the brief time that we were there, all but one was black. The one that wasn’t was white or maybe mixed I believe. The overall talent was just ok, no stunners but a range of body types from spinner to bbw. The bartender was by far the prettiest and had the best body(I wish she was dancing). A few of the girls approached our table to introduce themselves and twerk for a couple singles. None that approached offered any sort of private dances although they do have a couple of tiny curtained booths along one of the walls where I’m assuming private dances take place.
