The Atmosphere was Chill...Literally!
This club can be easy to miss. Just south of Thomas Rd on 35th Avenue, the signage is small and the single driveway in is even smaller. Parking lot is cramped and spaces are tiny as well. Backing out when you're ready to leave can be problematic, so if you drive a large vehicle, make sure you have enough turning radius to get out without backing into another vehicle.
At the door, you're greeted by a bouncer who lightly patted me down. No ID check, no COVID check. When I first showed up at noon, he said, "We only have one dancer. It's early. I don't want you to waste your time." That was a pretty nice thing to do, so props to him. I got some lunch and returned at 1, and he said there were more dancers now and waved me in. No cover in the afternoon.
Bar is directly in front. The small club has a single stage (10x10) with a pole in the middle, which the dancers use to spin around a little bit but no pole tricks by any of them while I was there. Mostly just shake your (usually) clothed titties and wait for some "make it rain" activities. Two song sets, all Latino music, with the accompanying music videos LOUDLY playing along with the DJ's mix. SIDE NOTE: As I obviously know next-to-nothing about this genre, who is the smoking hot Latina singer who looks like the love child of Sofia Vergara and Shania Twain? Holy fuck!
