How is this place still open?

Came on a Thursday night, was pretty disappointed. 3 dancers- two very attractive, one I had to turn my head away when she went on. I was the only customer there. There was a cover charge and dances were $30 for one song or a bit over $60 for three. First major problem with this club: the lighting. I get that strip club lighting is a meme but this was way worse than any others. Nearly pitch black, you could barely find your away around, let alone see the stage show. I let each girl do their set- two got full nude, one only topless. Then I asked one for a dance and it was genuinely the worst I'd ever had. I pay for one song, saw that she picked a 2 minute song on the computer. I go back and it's the most unenthusiastic air dance you could imagine. 0 effort, 0 contact, and again you could see anything cause it was pitch black in the tiny rooms behind the bar. She barely did anything beyond just standing there for two minutes. You'd think there would be some effort considering for the full 40 minutes I was there, not a single other customer stepped in. I left and have no intention of returning.
