Back to the Horse

It’s been a looong time since I have felt comfortable going into a club. But, having had the vaccine and getting a breakthrough case of Covid finally gave me the confidence to get back in the game.

I arrived at the Horse about 9 and the parking lot was pretty full. Felt a little anxious walking in, but upon entry I was greeted by the blaring music, light show and smell of strippers body spray. All of sudden, it all felt like normal.

The club was pretty crowded but the bouncer seated my buddy and I in a table close the the back stage. We settled in, ordered a few drinks and took in the sights. Truth be told, my buddy has a medical weed card, so we took to some edibles prior and by the time we got our drinks, I was feeling really good.
