Look but don’t touch
Salt Lake’s strip club rules basically boil down to this: a club can have Alcohol, Lap Dances, or nudity, but it has to choose ONE. This is the club that chose nudity, which means there’s no alcohol and no lap dances. No private rooms either, although they do “shower shows” where you can watch up close in a well-lit room (but not touch) for about $40. The dancers are full nude, and I believe this is the only club in the state where that is the case.
I went on a Wednesday evening pretty early. They open at 7 PM and I was there before 8. $20 cover to get in, and then I sat at the small main stage up front. There were four or five girls working. They gave lively and energetic stage dances. The stage has bars all around, forming a loose cage, and some of the girls can use it for pretty impressive acrobatic feats. Two song sets, usually with full nudity for the second song (but only if the tips are flowing).
The girls were young, thin and pretty. Two white, a Latina, and an African American. Utah really does have more than its share of beautiful women. I prefer somewhat thicker dancers and those were in short supply, but I guess I’m probably in the minority there.
