Nothing special

I popped in on Friday early evening after a lengthy hiatus. This was never one of my favorite clubs, and I'm afraid not much has changed here since the advent of Covid.

This club is located on a nondescript section of Poplar Level Road, not quite the ghetto, but still a somewhat lower-rent section of town. Parking is free in the adjacent lot, and it's usually pretty easy to find a spot. Given the location on a relatively busy road, you shouldn't feel too unsafe walking from car to club (which is not always the case at some of the other clubs in town, particularly off of 7th).

I arrived early enough that entry was free, but I believe a $10 cover was assessed after 8pm. Most of the regular drinks run $4-$6, with dancer drinks typically going for $20. Sitting at the bar meant that the bartenders would hover and constantly request additional drinks for the dancers, whereas the tables offer a little more privacy and longer times between drinks.
