Odd Sunday night visit to a friendly/comfortable club

I visted this club about 5 years ago on a business trip and left a review back then and thought it would be interesting to see if things changed when I came back on another trip. It was a odd experience then and an odd but differently odd experience this time as well so maybe it's just my luck or it's built into the DNA of this club.

I don't remember the cover back then but it was only $10 this time and a soda was $3. Compared to the SoCal clubs I frequent these are real bargains. The club is very big, back then it had a pretty big stage that took up maybe only 1/4 of the club. They've redone the stage to make it much smaller, it's basically 3 small stages stuck together in triangle now with 3 poles and LOTS of tables and chairs around. Again this place is huge inside and it's very nicely done with lots of lighting and good sound, even though it's huge you definitely get a comfortable and relaxed vibe. I got the same vibe last time as well.

Now for the odd part, there were only 2 dancers working, now I realize it was a Sunday but it was about 8:30pm when I arrived and they had been open for 2 1/2 hours. When I left at 9:30 one other dancer had just walked in. There were about 20 customers in the place and they were actually acting like they were in a bar that happened to have girls dancing which is kind of refreshing.
