Scores isn't what it used to be, but better than nothing.

I went to Scores on a Saturday night and it was the last stop on a bachelor party. We had already been drinking down the street at a pool hall and decided to hit up this strip club since the group I was with had been there once before the name change. When you come in, theres a entryway with a cashier. That night it was a $10 Cover, we paid and went inside the main area. Inside its was a mixture of light. Dark around the stage and seating area, but a little brighter by the bar. The ambiance is thrown off a bit because the light from the bathroom can be seen in all of its florescent yellow glory. There are 2 stages. One in the very back which is the pre stage. Tops really don't come off there. The same dance then moves to the second stage on the next song. Most people sit around this area as this is where they actually take their top off. The dancers were okay. About your typical blue collar appealing woman. Most have pooches or scars from a tummy tuck, about half have deflated breasts. However, I say that most were probably lookers before any children. Overall it wasn't bad. About a handful of dancers can actually perform, and the others looked as if they were dancing to themselves in their our room from a shower. Most of the women were white, but there were a few that were black or some sort of other racial background. While I was tempted to get a lap dance, the girl(s) I had my eye on were either taken already in the back, or went to the dressing room. Since Ive been here before, I can say that the lap dance area is still the same. Near the entrance of the club and too the left is a hallway with a bunch of stalls. Its slightly darker but it does really aware any privacy like some of the other clubs I've been to. There is also a security guard that sits outside and will walk around to ensure everyone is following the rules. Overall, the club was okay. I might go back, but it would be on a whim. The patrons there (that night) weren't big tippers, the girls didn't seem to make alot of money, but maybe that night was off. Overall, at least the beer was cold. Oh yea.... please let the bartenders know when someone pukes on the floor in the bathroom. Its not a good look....
