It Felt More Like a Weight Watchers Meeting
Several recent reviews have made mention of a drop off in talent level at this place and that is actually quite the understatement given my experience on a recent Saturday afternoon. I arrived at about 3pm and the parking lot was not crowded at all and, hence, neither was the club. There were about a half dozen customers and just about the same number of dancers based on what I saw. This in itself isn't anything out of the ordinary - however, what was a first (at least for me) in these types of establishments was that two of the dancers were extremely fat. Not big boned, but just plain FAT. One also appeared to be on the wrong side of 40, if not 50, and I believe was of Russian or Slavic descent. The other fatty was an American blonde most likely in her twenties who decided to sit next to me and ask me if I wanted a private dance. I politely declined while trying hard to keep from throwing up in my mouth. We have all known at least one girl about whom we say or think "If she would just lose a little weight, she actually wouldn't be half bad. That is somewhat the case here with this one because she does have a somewhat attractive face (I think her name is Tawny or something like that), but she has a LOT of weight to lose. I would estimate at least 80 pounds, probably more. I don't want to be cruel, but I can't believe they even allow women in this awful shape to be risking tipping the Richter scale by hitting the stage. This is undoubtedly another sign of the poor management and the simple fact that this place appears to be going downhill fast. The other 3 or 4 dancers on shift at that time were nothing special either IMO, but at least they were slim.
The club itself is actually in rather good shape (unlike the dancers), even the bathroom is surprisingly clean although the parking lot is a disaster. Apparently they haven't given any thought to repaving the lot so that you don't risk riding over a huge pothole or loose gravel. Incidentally, it was also unbearably hot inside the club when I was there which obviously did nothing to motivate me to want to stay for longer than the 15 minutes that I did. As far as I know, lap dances remain $20 per song (hopefully they won't get the idea to charge by the pound or else we're all screwed) and are rather high contact although YMMV as is often the case. The lap dance area is not private at all, it is quite similar to the setup at Go Go Rama with a bunch of chairs in a side room all situated next to each other with no partition of any kind separating the seats. There is a more expensive VIP section upstairs which is presumably more private, but I can't say for sure because I have never partaken in that experience. During a previous visit, one dancer asked me if I wanted to go VIP and make it clear that just about anything was OK, but I obviously don't know if that was the truth or a phony sales pitch. Most likely, though, extras are available from at least some of the girls but I hope that none of you will ever get that desperate. I cannot recommend this place in its current state and I have no plans to return anytime soon. Perhaps I will change my mind if I read some positive reviews written after the fact.
