Went here on Labor Day eve because I heard the food was good and as I was visiting TX, I was in the mood for a steak.
The place looks like, well, a hunting lodge w dead animals on the wall etc. It’s a big place (it’s Dallas after all) but it was empty.
The steak was pretty terrible and cost about $30. There was only about 3 or 4 dancers and all seemed upset they didn’t take the night off.
One pushy blonde gave me a snarky look and said @Youre going to waste $30 on a strip club steak? You should have gotten a dance with that.”
The service was pretty slow, especially considering there were 3 waitresses and 2 customers.
Thoroughly depressing vibe but clearly I came on the wrong night. I left after eating half my steak and turning down 2 dancers. The one hot one that I liked never even came by so, not a great night at The Lodge.
