I've been here multiple times and here's the gist:
Weeknights are pretty dead with very few dancers. Your best bet is a weekend night after 9PM or so. Most of the girls here are under 7 with the occasional 9. Dancers aren't very pushy about the VIP room. They do come around to try and get you to pay for a lap dance. The dances run $30 with the top on and $40 without. Cover is 22 in the weekends. Mileage is decent with all dancers letting you touch them. Nothing in the crotch are though. Some dancers will even SSTP. In the VIP room they also stick shift but that's about it.
