Not What It Used To Be

The door guy recognized me again and waved me in without paying so I don't know what admission price is. I did wind up giving the valet parking guy $6.00.

This club is no longer as wonderful as it was pre-pandemic. A lot of the best girls have not returned and the quality of the replacements caused me to only be interested in one or two, whereas I used to fall in love with at least four or five every visit. The girls no longer walk around and sit on your lap nude and when I asked when that was coming back, one of the dancers told me, "I'm not sure it is."

There were only a few masks in evidence but there's still that feeling that there's something wrong and that contact with the ladies is not as worry-free as it was before covid. I'm not sure how to describe it. Several dancers told me they were fully vaccinated. That's apparently now a selling point with some customers. A couple asked if I was and one even asked to see my vaxx card which I happily showed her. No one checked me at the door but I think I saw them checking others.
