Tuesday nightcap.

So this was a few weeks ago. Went to one of the “underground” lap dance parties which is still a bust on a Tuesday night. Apparently they’re getting better on later in the week but that remains to be seen. Was gonna call it a night but I wasn’t too far from ricks so I decided to stop by ricks. Same ole process, they check Id, pay 20 dollar cover unless you have a coupon pass, and they have a bouncer escort you to where you wanna sit. You walk down a small hallway , make a right into the room and you have the stage to the far left and the bar to the back right with tables all over the place. A decent amount of girls and customers. A pretty decent Tuesday night as far as crowd goes. Had a beer for about 10-12 bucks which is normal Nyc prices. Nice amount of 7s of various ethnicities with a international lean. Dances are 20 bucks per song but they’re pretty limited contact. Usually right there on the floor and usually limited touching up top. A few girls allow more but it’s not much. I didn’t get a dance tonight after seeing not much has changed and none of the girls actually caught my eye. VIP is usually 600plus but I didn’t inquire about it this time and it’s a ymmv situation as well. For the most part it isn’t worth it. All in all it doesn’t seem like this place has changed much as a corporate club, but it is nice to see it coming back to life compared to other parts of the already mediocre NYC scene.
