Let me relate a story. I was chatting/dancing with a dancer Heidi in the new Minxx club. She had just arrived in town and was living a few blocks from Fremont Street, so it was logical that she checked out this club. She had previously danced in Denver and Oklahoma.

So she went in to see it and apply for a job (and get her references for her sheriff's card). She related to me, from a girl's point of view what the reviews are telling us -- the place is a rip off. The "head" girl showing her around was telling her how they make reasonable money by a relentless pressure on the guys for dances. And that she really didn't have to work hard at the dances or have much contact, so it was easy money.

Anyway Heidi took her paperwork and went running, never to return. She said that it was horrible atmosphere, reminiscent of the "old-style" rip off joints.

This story just confirms all else that I have heard about this place. Sorry that this is hear-say, but I didn't want to commit the $20 for the "free" admission that it will cost you just to walk inside.
