Fine

Stopped into Mary's Club on a Saturday afternoon, maybe 1-2pm. It's the classic dive, and traditionally the quality of dancers varies quite a bit by day/time here, so expectations were low.

Got a drink from the cute bartender ($2 I think?), sat with 3-4 other customers scattered around the little tables. Not entirely sure if you can be at the rail or not right now. Board in the back said the dancers were Evan and Jett for that period. There were indeed 2 dancers, but I don't know which was which. First one up when I got in was dark-haired, pale, and thin. She looked good, but largely just sort of rolled around slowly posing. 3 songs, removing an article for each one basically. She finished her set and sat at the bar, while the other dancer came up. Brunette, longer hair, thicker, and a somewhat older face. She seemed a little more into dancing, but also just kind of awkward. Again, 3 songs with an article disappearing at each one basically. She finished up and the first dancer headed back to the stage, so I decided to go.

Not clear if they've got private dances back yet, but neither of the dancers really had me wanting any either. They were both entirely fine, and for a grand outlay of about $10 for a half hour of stage tips, they were a good value. Also though, not really exciting at all. The visit was nothing to write home about, but it was fine (do people write home about clubs?....)
