Summer of Changes
This review summarizes 4 visits over the three months since my job took it's annual 3 month break. I have reviewed this club several times but with a couple reviews lately not telling the whole story, I felt the need to post some truths.
The club layout is the same as it always has been; 3 stages, 2 of which surround a bar area. The second bar area is not staffed until after 9pm, thus only the first stage is in use most of the time. If customers are sitting at middle stage, they will go to 2 stages allowing a closer look. Cover varies based on time, day of the week, and whether or not they are holding an event, but I have never paid more than 20. Valet is $8 and the well-kept restrooms do have an attendant.
With the details out of the way, now on to the body of the review. As I consider myself somewhat of a regular, with a history of spending, I take note of changes rather quickly. The visits over the summer have exposed some of these. While none of these are severe enough for me to completely write off the club, together they certainly provide me caution. They are as follows:
1. The clientele, especially during the evening, has shifted. This summer I have seen the number of younger customers increase dramatically. Many of these parties are made up entirely of women. Don't get me wrong, I was once (a long time ago) one of the strip club newbies and have nothing against the ladies enjoying the ladies just as much as I do. However, their inexperience sometimes leads to awkward experiences. I have witnessed tip disputes, waitress groping, and even a cell phone camera in use stage side.
2. The music has gotten louder and the chef has changed. At times it has been so loud that is difficult to hear the dancers, bartenders, waitresses. The food is still reasonably priced but is noticeably different. I occasionally came in on a weeknight pre-pandemic JUST for the steak.
