clean place, hot women, kind of spendy
I've been to Sylvia's a few times, and will go back again. I always feel a little under the microscope when I park to the side in the neighborhood, but I've never had an issue with parking or safety. I'd guess the neighbors just roll their eyes. Going in, the lobby is a clean with a bank machine in a cubby. Two 'show' rooms, with a room for the dancers to hang.
There are generally 2 women working (never seen more than 2), and they post their schedule weekly, and you can look up the models. The pictures seem accurate (although photos, lighting, makeup always go a long way, so the photos are sort of best case, I think). I look at the schedule and see who I'm most interested in. If the other one comes out, I ask by name for the other one. I've never had any attitude or static about asking. Everyone seems friendly. The last time I went I had a gorgeous model, but we both were wearing masks. She was very friendly, I can't wait to see her again without a mask. The mask was a real drag.
It's 140 (I think) just to get a 30 min show. You go in, pay, strip down, and the model joins in a minute. Always an awkward minute to be naked on a towel on a couch, waiting for someone to come through the door. The 140 is the show with no touching of the dancer, but lotion is available for your own work. She dances and strips, great view, but that's it. To me, I'd rather go to a strip club and watch more dancers for longer, for cheaper.
