Adelitas or Hong Kong in 2021?

When I first started visiting Tijuana, I always went to Adelitas - but in recent years, I'd found myself going to Hong Kong more and more, as HK has expanded and become a much more fun atmosphere. But this past Friday night when I went to HK, the trip was pretty bad. I felt ripped off on two occasions in my first two hours there, and the women were more aggressive than usual, so I decided to give Adelitas another try.

Adelitas is significantly smaller than HK, and has far fewer shows. The general atmosphere isn't quite as much fun - HK is more of a strip club with extras, while Adelitas is just the extras. But both clubs have a wide variety of smoking hot women and have similar pricing. Both clubs were packed - but while HK was standing room only, Adelitas did at least offer a little bit of room to breathe. The ratio of women to men seems to be higher in Adelitas as well. Both bars have the same pricing for "everything" - a price that has roughly doubled over the past 5-6 years, which makes it harder to visit as often, but it's still an absolute blast every time I go.

On this occasion in Adelitas, everyone seemed to be friendlier and more relaxed than in HK. (If it seems like I am comparing these two a lot, it's because they are next door to each other and are the two premiere clubs in Tijuana). The waiters and girls, while obviously trying to "upsell" were less aggressive and more attentive. There was no situation where I felt ripped off or gouged, and the overall trip was just a lot more fun.
