Rachel's South on a Friday Afternoon

I went to Rachel's Steakhouse (aka Rachel's South) on a Friday afternoon around 2:30 and left about 6:30.  No cover for the daytime.  I won't go over the layout, as that's been covered recently, particularly by explore22.  The place was slow, but not dead with about 10+ customers and at least that many girls.  IMO the girls (dancers, servers, and bartenders) range from 7-9, which is typical for this Rachel's, but they do have to wear pasties (although I have seen girls do without there before).  

Initially service was not very good; 15 minutes in and a server had yet to come by.  So I walked to the bar to order a drink directly, request a menu, and politely comment about the lack of a server for where I was seated.  The bartender was right on it and 2 minutes later I was seated with my drink, a menu, and Lilly the server who apologized for the confusion.  She made up for it by being attentive and spending a fair amount of time sitting and flirting next to me.  I ordered my favorite steak tips/bites and they were delicious.  The food is really quite good here.  The website lists a lunch-time buffet, but I've never seen it.  Perhaps it will start up again once all the COVID restrictions are gone.

Similarly, it took a while to get a dancer over to my table.  Many were sitting at the bar with a few customers and a couple sat together when not on stage and didn't roam at all.  I finally tipped an on-stage dancer (Stormy) that looked good.  To that point, I don't think I saw a single guy tip a girl while she was on the stage.  Stormy stayed with me for the remainder of my time.  We had a several dances at the table, she was a good conversationalist, and she, Lilly, and I had a few shots together.  There was decent contact during the dances, but not a lot of mutual touching - that is hit and miss here.  I have seen managers come up to customers to warn them to keep their hands to themselves and there's not a lot privacy, especially with all the mirrors around.
