TLDR:
This place seems to be a lapdance club with basic mileage. At 5 bucks on dayshift With touching allowed, ass and up top at the least, This is probably the best black value club in this region. outside of atlanta, if you want cheap dances in uncomfortable chairs, this is a good spot
