Big changes going on at Trophy Club

Friday evening visit from about 8:00 to 10:00. Parking is weird, maybe not well lit enough, but free self parking and I've never heard of any problems. It was $15 to get in and I was told this is the entry fee on the weekends. Before 7:00 I believe he told me was $8 on weekends.

Inside I saw some big changes going on construction wise. The club has been bought by new owners a few months ago. The vast main stage off to the left has been reshaped to allow more seating and it's still a good sized stage. A new lower stage without a pole has been added between the main stage and the bar (bar is off to right upon entry). Now the girls do 2 songs on the main stage then 2 on the new smaller stage which can accommodate 2 dancers but not much more. This second stage is a pretty big improvement in my opinion. It allows some good close up views with good lighting. Also there was construction work going up in the skybox area which kind of overhangs the club as you enter. There used to be two really good sized private boxes up there, which were shut down around 2015. I saw construction work going on up there but did not ask anyone.

There is one big couch dance room and dances are $30 per song. No one on one dancing goes on in the main club area. They did a 2 for $40 special one time during my visit. Now in the couch dance room there is a high partition splitting the long axis of the room. This also is a really good improvement and increases the feeling of privacy. Some dancers previously would like to carry on and talk with each other across the room during dances, almost ignoring their customers who were paying $30 per song. I got 6 dances from my favorite. Wasn't bothered by any staff and didn't see any cameras (not saying there aren't any). Anyway my biggest offense was boob touching which I believe is officially allowed in Greenville clubs. No two way contact but I'm sure that some dancers offer that.
