Pretty, but expensive dancers.
Second stop on the Friday afternoon tour. I haven’t been there since the before the pandemic and they have done an extensive remodeling. Got there about 4:30, so there was no cover fee. Big club, with pretty nice decor
Bar is on the right, with stages on the right and left. Bottle of water was 5 or 6.
The stage on the left was the only one being used. Nice rotation of dancers, mostly in the 6-7 range. All pleasant, just no stand outs. Reasonable interaction at the stage.
There was a dancer sitting by herself at the bar, so I went over and struck up a conversation. I noticed she was also drinking water, so I figured I wasn’t going to get hustled for a drink. After a few minutes, we moved to the more comfortable chairs on the floor. She told me she was in school and was in pre-med. I know enough about the industry to be a little suspicious of her answers, but was impressed that she had moved it up a notch from the normal nursing school story.
I inquired about dances and was told it was a pretty flat $50 per song. I remarked about how much more expensive the dances were than they used to be and she just shrugged. She was also pretty vague about the limits, so I decided to pass.
