Slow, slow Friday afternoon

Another stop on the Friday afternoon tour. There is a long bar in front of you as you walk in, with stages at both ends of the room, with the one on the left being used most often. There was one dancer at the bar, busily entertaining another patron. The owner ,(Cindy);has been the bartender the last few times I have been in. She charged me 7 for a bottle of water and the “pole tax”.

I looked around and didn’t see any other dancers and noticed there was only one name on the dancer board. Talked to Cindy and she said it’s the old problem of getting dancers if there are no customers and no customers if there are no dancers.

From prior visits, the private dance area is in the corner of the club. It’s a small room behind a curtain. There is a bench in the back, divided into two sections. I was told it was $40 to the house and whatever you negotiated with the dancer.
