Last week I decided to make a trip to Brooklyn to see the clubs there. I had been to Pink Slip before, but this was my first trip to Roxy's. It is part of the PTs group, so you can go next door as well on the same cover charge (they give you a ticket). There were 4-5 girls working that I saw. They ran 4-6, and mostly black. The inside of the club was painted black, so it takes you eyes a couple minutes to adjust. I sat and drank my first drink before making it up to the tip rail. Since it was early afternoon the crowd was small, and the girls were slow to warm up. I made it up to the tip rail, to watch an uninspired set of dancing. When the bottoms did not come off after the third song, I decided to cut my loses and head next door to PT's Brooklyn--as it turns out, it was a good choice.
