Off night in Miller

It has been two years since my previous visit to Temptation's, and frankly I've become increasingly bored with Fantasy, so I thought I would give it a shot.

I arrived around 11 PM on a Saturday night, which I incorrectly assumed would be close to prime time. When I pulled into the lot, it was apparent this would not be the case. For those of you that haven't ever been there, it's an urban, almost all black club. Rap and hip hop, at loud levels, will be all you will hear. Whites are treated fine, and I've never encountered a problem in the place.

3 young AA males were posted at the door, one of whom had on a bullet proof vest. It is Gary, after all. Cover was $20, which kinda shocked me, but I paid it, but not until I was assured there were ladies inside. The young men were courteous and respectful and put a yellow wristband on me, apparently in case I left and wanted to return. I was lightly frisked and went in. There was a strong scent of weed in the air as I entered.
