Still Pricey

I was passing through Greensboro on a Saturday night and had only about a two-hour window to do some mongering before I had to get back on the road. I hit Southside Johnny’s and Treasure Club and will submit reviews for each with this paragraph as an intro. In general, clubs in NC are relatively high-cost, low-mileage establishments. In my experience, SSJ and TC are two of maybe only four in the state which provide a chance of obtaining high mileage. My reviews will focus mostly on costs and my perception of value.

I was at Treasure Club on a Saturday night from 9:30-10:30. Free parking in a well-enough lit lot. I almost didn’t get in because I was wearing athletic shorts, but they made an exception for me (I don’t know why, but at least I had a collared shirt on). I had an old membership card and paid $10 cover. Bottled water was $5.00, but I’m pretty sure they have a full bar (I don’t drink alcohol, so I don’t know for sure).

This is an extremely well appointed club, about as nice as they come in North Carolina. I saw maybe a dozen girls working, but one of the girls told me she thought there were 30. I did not see that many, but the ones I saw were all very attractive, though most were white and relatively thin and fit, so if you were looking for big ebony beauties, you would have been out of luck. I have always found the girls here to be beautiful and very, very friendly, and on this night that was certainly true.
