Late night at Rick’s

I’m from out of town, and this place was just down the street, so I just walked over. This was my first post-COVID (if you can call it that) experience. Seemed like the place was back to normal. They’ve got featured dancers advertised maybe once per month.

Main floor is a two-story stage with two poles going all the way up. Usually two girls at a time, and the get full nude on stage. Main bar is downstairs with a little satellite bar upstairs. Upstairs also has a small “swing” station for a girl after her stage show and in the back is where lap dances happen.

I got there a bit after 1, so things may have been winding down. I think I saw maybe 10 girls while I was there, mostly skinny AA with a couple of white girls and one token “older Eastern European”. I’m a tall white guy, and the crowd itself was pretty mixed. However, didn’t really get approached for dances except if I tipped at the rail or on the stage. Got quoted $35 per dance, $90 for three. Didn’t partake since the girls who asked for a dance I didn’t really vibe with. Seemed like a lot of the girls had boyfriends/regulars there, and the place isn’t big enough that you don’t notice that kind of thing.
