Was downtown Seattle a couple weekends ago on Saturday checking out Pike's Market and walked by the VU and was given a free pass. I had to pay $7 bucks for a refillable soda and was given a coupon buy 2 dances get one free. I stopped by around 2:30pm and there were only three girls working and about four customers.
