Still spendy

The basics..parking is on a side street off of Glisan. A small, well maintained building on the outside, and the interior is nicely appointed with three rooms, a bathroom, and an ATM. One of the rooms is an office. No bar and no gambling. Seems to be in a fairly nice neighborhood.
