I went on a Thursday night at around half past nine, just after the July 4th long weekend. The parking lot was almost full even though the club itself had many empty seats. No COVID related restrictions whatsoever - except a handful of patrons wearing masks. I was greeted pleasantly by the bouncer and was asked to pay the $20 cover charge as I wasn't a VIP member. Upon entering, I immediately ordered a diet coke, which was covered by the entry fee. As I was buying the drink, I was informed about their various hookah and cigar offerings which I politely declined.

Dancing on the stage was pretty ordinary, nothing to write home about. I guess the dancers were more focused on sensual moves rather than pole acrobatics, which is in stark contrast to their competition from across the road (cheetahs). Dancers weren't pushy and were up for having nice conversations before enquiring if I was ready for the dance. Private dances($100/5 songs) had decent mileage for a San Diego club - no touching above the neck and the crotch area and no nudity. Since this establishment also serves cigars and hookah, you can smell the stale smoke in the air and on the dancers, which was a turn off for me. I stayed there for about 5-6 songs and 3 private dances. All in all, a nice evening with money well spent. In future, I plan to alternate between Expose and Cheetah's, as they provide complementary experiences - the former being a 'coffee shop with strippers' and the latter being a 'nightclub with loud music and strippers'.
