2nd Visit

Had some time to kill Saturday afternoon so I decided to come back to Pin Ups. Arrived at around 5, free parking in front, $5 "tip the jar" to enter and standard pat down.

The layout has been pretty heavily reviewed but in short, decent size room upon entry with VIP area with pool tables to the right and another stage and dance area on the left, where I spent most of my time. $3 beers so great price for me.

The dances are $5 a song but that is what I wanted to talk about in this review. I had dances with a few of the girls (more on that later) and asked them to count off every two songs (since I had $10 bills). What I found out is that some girls are more liberal with the song counts than others. For example some girls will literally count every song but some will count two as one. Where this becomes frustrating is the DJ is inconsistent with the song length, he'll cut some short while letting others play out making it difficult for me to keep up while trying to enjoy the dance. This time I tried the roped off VIP area in the back. During Day Shift it's $20. I didn't find any difference in quality of service there vs the open area I was in last time (may just not be worth it in the day shift, I would love to hear if there is value in night shift)
