It's been a couple years since I was in the HL (I think just before the big police shakedown?), and I was in the area, so I decided to drop by. ID scan and pat down at the door, not a fan, but eh. $10 cover charge, They're back to the old layout of a single stage (one of the girls pointed to the mounts on the ceiling where they'd had two other stages during COVID), girls doing two dances as usual. No masks in evidence on either staff, dancers, or PLs. Usual expensive drinks; enjoyed my $5 bottle of water, since I had a long drive, and it was already after 10pm.

Got a couple of $10 floor dances from a forgettable blonde, they were OK but nothing exciting. Then, an ebony beauty with a great rack named R*** sat in my lap. She decided she'd like to get nice and close in my seat on the floor, and I felt a good vibe, so I took her back to VIP for $25 per. Good dances, free roaming hands and a good acting job. It wasn't up to old HL standards, but what is these days? She definitely suggested more might be available OTC, which is not my deal, but she was definitely willing to give me as good a time as she could without getting us bounced. We did 8, and by then it was after midnight, so I was out.

Music was the usual club soundtrack, not obnoxious, not new. Not all the dancers were circulating; most were off to the side or with regulars, but enough were that you could find something you liked. It was a Tuesday night, which is far from a busy time, so I was pleasantly surprised that some good-looking dancers were on. I'd like to see how days are now, because it feels like things might be getting back to normal, or closer anyway. I just wish we still had the old VIP, but it wasn't a surprise that they got busted.
