Midweek not quite prime time

Maybe it was the time of the day or day of the week but everything was slow. My goal was to pop in for a quick dance and move on but that was easier said than done.

Got there about 8:30/9PM, nobody was on stage and I was questioning why they had a $25 cover with nothing going on. 2 girls were sitting on the end of the bar chatting with the bartender and probably a regular. The DJ started things up and the girls started cycling through the stage. Had no clue there were about 8 working since nobody was out on the floor other than the 2 that were now sitting at their own table talking to each other and on their phones.

It wasn't until they had the girls do their occasional everyone on stage and private dance special did anyone talk to the now 6-8 people that were there.
