Club Lust details, and more (for club Desires)

I decided to make most of this post about the upstairs club, Club Lust, because people are always asking about it, and there should be a post with a headline about it that has all the trade offs. It contains most of what I know, and people can add comments about details or observations I missed. Hopefully it will show up in the internal searches for the site.
