Not a great experience, but some promise for returning

Stopped in recently on a Wednesday... early evening (probably around 6:30pm) with a couple of friends. No cover to enter the club. Upon entry there were several nooks/seating areas all around and a bar to the right. There was a very large girl that greated us at the door, and my first thought was "oh no" this isn't good. She was very large. I gave my buddy a $20 to get us a round of beers and headed to the restroom. The men's room was clean enough and is to the right of the bar. When I came out, I surveyed the club to see where we were sitting and to assess the dancers and people. There were 3-5 people sitting at the bar. There were a couple of guys at a table near the bar. My group was at a table in an area closer to the door (about 20 feet or so from the bar). When I walked to my table, I noticed a couple of guys in a lower level nook getting some table dances. Overall there were 4 girls. 1 AA girl that was curvy, but not fat, was talking to my friends. When I got to the table they had finished their discussion and sent her on her way, they never did get the rundown on prices. She had a cute face and I would have at least inquired. Anyway, the very large woman was giving a table dance and eventually took her customer to a back VIP room. Large women would have to be your thing, as there was simply nothing attractive about this one. The other dancer giving a table dance was a better looking girl, but had a fairly significant belly on her. Not tight like she was pregnant, but perhaps she was recently pregnant?? Not sure, but definitely way too heavy for me to be interested. The 4th girl as a blond with quite a nice body! She was back and forth a few times in the VIP with customers. I didn't see her up close, but from a distance she looked really hot. We finished our first beer and no other dancer came over to out table. We got another beer. About half way into that beer I began trying to make eye contact with either the AA girl or the hot blond to get some dances. However, they never did look our way, and seemed to ignore any attempt to waive them down.

I know that one of the guys I was with that night was a little reserved, so I don't know what was said, or if he left the first girl feeling that we simply weren't interested in dances? I thought it was strange that we sat there for 45 minutes and were not approached by any other dancer. Either this club is very laid back and you have to approach the girls, or maybe it was just a weird night. I may try again on my own sometime soon to get a better feel. Although I hope the dancer quality does improve.

Oh, while we were there, the owner (at least that's what she said) came by our table and welcomed us. She was a brunette likely in her 50s. Pretty decent shape for her age and was probably quite a package in her younger days. She was very friendly and welcoming, so for that alone I would at least give it another try to hopefully be able to provide some additional details. All in all, the various nooks/seating areas was kind of cool as there seemed to be plenty of little "hide aways" to enjoy a beverage and feel like there was some sort of privacy even at your table.
