Formerly called Maxim's. Went late Friday 10/13/06. Club shares the building with The Coronet Club which has male strippers. Has recently been renovated and remodeled, bar in the middle with a main stage on one side and a satellite stage on the other. Club is well lit and has a bathroom attendant(bathroom is large & clean). Tables scattered throughout. Well lit parking lot with valet $5. $10 door fee. Sat at the bar drinks are domestic beer $5 imported $6 mixed drinks $8 and the dreaded bottled water $5. Service is fast and friendly. Only about 10 dancers working ranging from 6-8. Table dances are $10 and are your basic Atlanta air dances. The dj sits in a booth that separates the two clubs and calls the dancers to both sides simultaneously so it is wierd to hear Isabella to the main stage and Duke to the main stage at the same time. Music is a mix of rock and hip hop not too loud and 3 song sets per dancer. Dancers progressively shed their clothing until nude during the set. Maybe because they have recently renovated and are going upscale there was hardly anyone there. The dancers were friendly not pushy sat with 3 of them at the bar bought them drinks, chatted had a few dances but there was no atmosphere. I had a good time but I like clubs where everyone is having fun and this was like a tuesday night in the middle of a ice storm no one was there. The only time it would get any crowd is when the women who were at the other club would come in and check out the female strippers. They are doing special promotions Monday nights and other nights during the week to attract business. Will give it a chance to build its clientele up before trying again. Positives are the dancers, service, dj is not loud or obnoxious and a clean well lit club. Negative is the lack of atmosphere and the Atlanta air dances.
