Mix of Boring and Superb ... Good Luck
After wasting a trip to Lipstick (see review from yesterday), I went over to the nearby club, "Chicas Locas at Cabaret Royale." Plenty of parking in a lot adjacent to the club; or, if you want valet parking, they have that. The club is quite spacious and multi-level. It's looking a bit run down, but seems to have once had some real flair. At best, it is "serviceable" in its present state. Inside the main entrance is the welcome desk, at which a lovely lady took my $10 to enter the club. They say the cover charge is $9, but obviously, everyone should expect that the extra dollar is a given tip to the hostess. To the right of that welcome desk is a staircase to lap dance areas, and to the left is a short hallway to the main level of the club. On that main level are three stages, always occupied by a dancer on each. There is also a bar on the right side of this main area, an alcove to the left, and another alcove to the extreme right (basically behind that entryway). The seats are comfortable, and the tables are well-spaced, and the waitress is attentive but not pushy. All good, if not extraordinary.
The dancers themselves are topless on the stages, and respond well to stage-side tipping. Some are more demonstrative in their appreciation than others, but all are pleasant in those stage interactions. Most of the dancers are Cubans, and most are quite pretty. They do seem unimaginative, though, and typically just going through motions that are boring to them; therefore, some of their appeal is diminished, since they aren't very good at acting as if they were having a fun time. They're certainly not angling to be "rescued" from their apparent doldrums, but instead seem merely resigned to a temporary occupation they don't like.
That makes it difficult to have much fun there, since it's good to interact with people and not mere objects, no matter how pretty. Most have a standard routine of asking customers to take them upstairs for a dance. Those dances would typically be mutual-contact lap dances with few restrictions. A few will offer VIP instead, which is an area upstairs with a modicum of privacy. Expect that those dancers offer more than just a dance. Probably one-third of the dancers offer that.
None of this would have motivated me to go upstairs on that day, but there was one dancer who stood out from the rest. She was very persuasive that she was enjoying her day there, and that she was happy to see me, and that she wanted to go upstairs for "more than a dance" in the regular dance area. She convinced me to go up with her, and she was more amazing than she had even hinted at in her "come-on" downstairs. To say what transpired between us would render this review "too explicit" per the review-commentary, so let your imagination roam...you won't roam beyond the reality of it, unless you start adding kink or something like that. Dances are typically $20 per song, I think, but since what we did wasn't like that, neither of us concerned ourselves with what was typical. I was pleased to give her what I did, and it was about what an half-hour of dances would have gone for.
