Ho hum.

The Win, Place and Show bar is closed. Moved all operations to Showgirls. The adult store between the two has long been closed. The good news is, the cover is now just $5.00 and no need for the ad from the local entertainment rag. The best news is, the bar and liquor license has also moved to Showgirls. So now, drinks are served. Unfortunately, no nudity. :-( Pasties and panties are a requirement now. Drink prices are reasonable. $4.50 for a beer, $10.00 for a mixed drink. The bartender was very cute, in fact she was as good looking as any dancer and had the nicest flat tummy!

In the club, it’s dark, purple and black decor. Low lighting and loud music. I could barely hear what the girls were saying when we chatted. This is an age old problem at Showgirls. Needs to be fixed. But, no one seems interested in fixing things at Showgirls. I seriously doubt the decor has changed in 20 years.

I came in around 9:00 on Wednesday evening. I was the third customer. Even though the sign on the door says they open at noon, the DJ was “training” some new dancers and the first girl I talked to said that all the girls there, but her, were new. Can’t really vouch for that, but lots of girls were videoing each other. This, despite a sign that clearly said no cell phones and no cameras. Go figure. Sage, the first girl I spoke to was pleasant enough. She told me Lap dances started at $30/song in the half open booths along the south wall of the room. The DJ has a good view of what goes on there. However, I have gotten lots of extras in those booths over the years. So, YMMV. Sage implied extras were available with her, for “a good tip.” While her dance was adequate for $30, it was not inspiring. Limited titty touching and she did shift my stick once. But, nothing more.
