Beemer's made a nice rebound from Covid

Stopped in after the Pirates game. Wished their location was easier to get to from downtown. But at least the locals allow the place to exist and offer a good night out.

Place hadn't changed a bit as I walked in after a two year absence. Crowded bar that seems to never have a seat available and mostly empty tables down by the dance floor. Cover was $5, beer was $5 with $3.50 Fireball shots.

For once I got lucky with the men's bathroom. Not inside - seriously? - but when I opened the door to walk out. A slender brunette with nice naturals walked right by me, and I said hello. Bright smile and slightly drunk eyes told me I had a friend for the night. And good thing, because the other 7 ladies working were either asleep on the bar, buried into their phones, or simply not my type. About 20 customers when I arrived.
