There was a good vibe, kinda like hanging out at your friendly neighborhood bar.f

[this was the review I intended to write for Blush but I submitted it for Carousel Lounge by mistake. Please delete my recent submission for Carousel Lounge. I'll write a new one to replace it. I went to both on the same day so I mixed them up. ]

This is my first time out since the start of the covid epidemic so I figured it was time to check out what's going on. The state is starting to loosen restrictions on curfews and number of customers in bars and restaurants. They still have the 6-foot rule. The guy at the door checked your temperature and there wasn't a cover charge this time of day.

This is a nice neighborhood club. The only difference from before covid is that there are some screens to keep people separated at the bar. The club says they test all employees once a week. Not many of the employees were wearing masks. There were more dancers than customers but only one or two people were wearing masks. The bartenders were cute and friendly, the dancers weren't pushy but they seemed friendly. There was a selection of different body types but in general they were fit and had naturals, the [naughty] girl-next-door type. They would dance a few dances on a central stage inside the bar area and then circle around for tips. Overall the dancers were above average and there were a few good lookers that I would want to get to know better next time I'm there. It was kind of quiet. The girls were sitting at the bar talking with their regulars when they weren't on stage. There didn't seem to be any private dances going on although they said they're available now. I was quoted $30 for 5 minutes or $120 for 15 minutes. I didn't do the math. If I had more time I would have gotten some dances, maybe a double. I don't know about now, but in the past the bouncer would monitor the dance booths with a video camera to make sure the customers didn't get nasty with the girls. There's a small kitchen with bar food but that's not a big activity.
