Could Take It or Leave It

So, had to be in Louisville and from what I could tell the Louisville clubs had certainly not improved from the last time here pre-pandemic so thought I would try out the Rustic Frog as I hadn't been here before. Probably could've done without.

Went in, very confusing because there were 2 big signs all about COVID - temp checks, masks, etc. - but none of it was apparently really a thing. No temp check, I had a mask on because of the sign and some locals laughed at me. Luckily I could care less.

Struggled to find the bathrooms and one of the ladies helped me out. Then went back into the main area and headed to the bar. No cover charge, I was there around 7:30pm so maybe I was there before they charged? Not sure. The front door guy seemed to be sleeping in one of the club chairs as you get into the main room rather than being at the desk at the entrance. For those who haven't been, bathrooms are immediately to the right as you go in (they were very clean), there is a reception kind of desk, walked past that and right past the sleepy doorman. As you go in, there is a stage all along the wall to the left with 2 poles, no one on stage at the time. Then, the bar is to the right in a separate very well lit room. I went into the bar area and got a beer. There were a couple ladies sitting at the bar at the very few bar stools that they had out there. One dude also at the bar, no stools left for me so I went back to the main room.
