Another trip

I was in town running some errands and figured I would stop by since Illinois was open and see how covid life is going. I arrived about 2:30 to half dozen or so cars in the lot. Going inside, masks are required avoiding to the sign, but nobody is wearing them. I walked past the bouncer, no cover required and no temperature taken.

Inside the club, stage is in the middle, bar is off to the right, a smattering or takes are around. Club is somewhat dingy, like a bar that has been open since the 80s, but has never changed. I've read they recently replaced all the carpeting, so I'll be interested in seeing how that makes the place look during my next trip.

I sat at a table off the stage. Nobody was dancing even though there were 4 girls out on the floor. That is normal for this place and I still don't get it. If you are coming to watch the stage show, you will be disappointed. Anyway, got my beer, $4 for a Coors light.
