Where are the customers.....
Rhode Island Dolls was hoping when they were the first club to have dances, but once providence opened up and started with the private rooms and dances, they got killed. Third thursday out n a row and while pre-pandemic Thursday nights were busy, now no one goes. Started at RI Dolls to get warmed up and then headed to Desires, which was not busy, but the dancer I was with there had a regular offer her 4 figures to leave and go to lust with him. To her credit she said she'd do a CR with me first because he'd probably wait, but a classy move deserves one in return so I wished her well and headed out to Dolls.
Same deal as before. Less seats, no stage dancing, no walk up to the bar, cover is up (non-regulars)and dances downstairs. I am a 30+ year customer here and it was weird to be here and know only 2 dancers. The turnover has been incredible. Most of the former dancers are gone, some to desires and they are replaced by a new crop. Diverse beyond belief; very few heavy women and a united nations look to the dance crew. I counted 24 dancers. Most customers at one time in the club? 6 - 8.
I notice an increase of contact in private dances, but its still no extras. If you want a full contact experience with a pretty, younger woman, I chose one of the older dancers though (23), this is a place you need to consider. Out of 24 dancers this spinner fan found 15 dance worthy, with 5 must haves. Only club I have been to see last year that still has pre-pandemic alcohol prices with a bottle of coors light costing $5.00.
