I was near the West bank of the flats around 6PM Tuesday afternoon and had a few free minutes so I was thinking of going to the Hustler Club and parked in the street nearby when it occurred to me that Diamond's next door had dollar tacos and since I was hungry I went there instead.
I walked in wearing a mask and took it off at the bar as I ordered a beer, $2.00. Happy hour, I think all domestics are $2.00 until the evening. Also no cover and the $1.00 tacos made for the beginnings of a low budget start. So I'm sitting there at a table after ordering and eating tacos and sipping my beer and surveying the scene. A couple dancers sitting with other customers that blocked my view of the girls and another one sitting alone at a table staring at her phone.
None approached me while i was eating and when i finished eating I also finished my beer and left.
So in a nutshell..
Free parking
No cover
Cheap beer
Cheap tacos
Hardly any dancers
Didn't get dances, didn't even talk to one.
Cheap date, a beer, 2 tacos, and $3.00 tip totaled $7.00 spent so it wasn't a total waste.
My few minutes were up, I should have tried Hustler's instead. That will have to be another time.
