Great Makeover, but be Prepared to Pay

Finally made it to SE Florida after getting my vaccination and had to make a trip to The Trap. Some things are better, some worse, some have stayed the same.

Same: Parking is still a buck, payable to a friendly attendant who watches the lot. I paid $10 for a Heineken and $10 to enter around 7 PM during the week. The place is loaded with Cubanas, many of whom loiter around the bar smoking, laughing and playing with their phones. Table dances can be had for $10, and they are a great value. I had 4 with three different dancers.

Better: The construction that lasted for eternity is done and the place is really nice. There is now an upstairs area which I did not visit, but the old bar on the left when you walk in is gone. There is a bar located at each end of the building, and comfortable seating positioned throughout the place. A giant screen television is front and center, and the sound system has improved, but the music is still too loud.
